Somehow got a same-day appt. with Dr. Nakano so there must have been a cancellation. He found several tender spots, some in the abdomen which doesn't seem related but to him it is. The worst is at the base of the 2nd toe. He inserted the needles and I rested for a while before he took them out, with a heating lamp on my foot and abdomen. He wants me to soak my feet every night in water about 100 degrees with epsom salts and I'm on the waiting list for an appt. next week.
