Like a badass with the hill sprints on the football stadium berm again! Just past mile 3, 7 x 15 sec.,walking down for recovery. Whoop says my recovery is back up in the excellent range with HRV at 94 & RHR at 54. It gave this run a 12.2 Strain Score. I rated the run effort overall as a 1 but the hill sprints were like an 8 because it's so steep & that's when my HR went up to 166.
