Working the stationary bike. Hard to get my HR up normally but I picked a program that pushed it! Otherwise, today was a typical soup kitchen day. Proud of myself for doing the XT I need to keep in shape without aggravating the piriformis. Did 2 min. stretching & the Hydromassage.
