Whoop: Great Recovery. HRV at 52 & RHR at 56. 12min WU, 4x5min hard on 2min easy, 10min CD. "You got your heart rate up higher than you usually do in a cycling workout." Followed your advice to crank it up on the gym bike during the intervals. HR spiked up then as you would expect.
