Up to Red Hawk & a nice new little section at the north end of Sonoma Ranch. Note that RHR is elevated again today but I ran out of Vit. C recently and ordered some more so hopefully that will bring it back down. According to Whoop, recovery is otherwise normal & it gave this a 9.4 Strain Score with the max HR during the intervals as expected. 30 min WU, 4 x 3 min. hard on 3 min. recovery + 1 min. very hard. Est. power on Strava & speed on intervals looks good.
