So not really a fartlek but speedplay in the sense that at the last second, I decided to surge on a (paved) trail through the desert. Pretty warm out so that's why it was a 3 effort instead of 1, and of course there was more effort during that section. Strava tells me that's my 2nd fastest time on that trail.
