Saw the most amazing thing in the wetlands, two coyote pups playing in a small pond and when they heard me, they ran off to the east, still playing with each other. According to Whoop, recovery is in the normal range with HRV at 46 & RHR at 58. It gave this run a 12.3 Strain Score.
