Combo-plan was 2mi WU, 2mi at 9:20/mi, 5x10sec hills on walk down recovery, 2mi at 9:20/mi, 5x10sec hills on walk down recovery, 2mi CD. Fell a little short on the 2nd moderate pace interval, both pace and distance. The rain didn't last long, typical here, and it felt pretty steamy after that!
