Waking: HRV 73 with meter yellow/5 on the parasympathetic side. HR went as low as 33.52.
Plan: 2mi WU, 4x30 sec hills on 90sec, 4x1min hills on 2min, 4x30 sec hills on 90 sec, 1mi CD for 6.5 miles total.
Notes to Coach: The CD was about 1.5 miles and I thought that might get me to 6.5 total but the math was still off, ha ha! Wore the Whoop so just plugged in the avg & max HR from that. Felt great today, work-related stress down!
