Elliptical. Whoop gave this a 7.9 Strain Score. I'm honestly baffled about my HR but the same thing happened last Friday. Based on my perceived effort, it shouldn't have gotten that high but maybe it's the conditions. It's so warm and there's little moving air so I'm really sweaty.
