Hike with the doggos. Note to Coach: Soup kitchen day. Felt good to stretch my legs after chilling a bit after soup kitchen. Had a couple of good insights into yesterday's run, during and after this. Yesterday I ran earlier than usual and that's good practice for marathon day. It's interesting to look back at a run on this same path on the dam April 8, when I'd planned to run the marathon in June. We had a more aggressive MP but partly because of that gravel surface, couldn't even hit the paces I'm hitting now. Happy for the improvement!
