On the race course. Tried to hold myself back on #10 but evidently couldn't! Haven't signed up yet for the race Saturday. Need to look at my 5k AG results for the Tracksmith incentive and maybe run that distance instead. Also unsure what the doc will do Thursday. If they offer a cortisone shot, I'd take it but then probably wouldn't need a referral to PT for dry needling. Did 2 min. of wall quad stretches afterwards.
