These Specific Endurance Intervals are from the Brad Hudson book, where the plan is to run 3k @HMP, recovery interval, 2k @10k pace, recovery interval, and 1k @5k pace. Looks like I hit the first 2 dead on but was a little slow for the 5k pace. Quads were burning at some point so I'm not surprised!
