Everything Run: This had a little bit of everything: elevation, elevation change, running, walking, hiking, heat, pleasant conditions up on Baylor, and at the end, questions from a tourist in an RV asking for recommendations of where to go. Obviously, didn't get quite the total miles planned but 3 hrs 40 min on your feet is no joke! Before leaving, my recovery was excellent according to Whoop: "Your HRV of 35 is 8.8% higher than your recent average." Did the night-before fueling practice I discussed with Coach Neely before, eating a baked sweet potato last night with some ham & then sunflower seed bread toast with butter & honey for dessert. Whoop gave this run a 16.0 Strain Score.
