Planning notes: Took earlier workout from our plan & cut it down from mi to 1200m...1.5 mi WU, 3x1200m at 6:20 with 3min easy jog between, 1mi CD~5.6
Post-workout notes: Great lunch run! Probably would have been better to do a progression instead of slipping, so the other way around...6:17, 6:16 & 6:06.
