First, Coach had me run 400m hard but comfortable. It was more hard than comfortable. I forgot to push start on the Garmin, but of course he was timing me. He said it was a bit over 6:00 pace. After that, he had me focus on relaxing my arms and shoulders. Learned how to do knee raises and my homework is to do them 3 times a week after a run. Then I did a few laps cooldown. I didn't have Auto Pause on so there are some gaps when we were talking between laps and that's why my average pace looks so slow. The max HR was during a hard 800m.
