Plan: 2mi WU, 12x1min hill repeats w/ 2min jog down recovery, 2mi CD. Me: Lest I forget how much harder 1 min ones are than 45 second ones! Whoop gave this a 16.1 Strain Score & shows I got my HR up nicely on the hill sprints. Coach: Yes, 1 min hills feel like an eternity.
