Waking: Wore Whoop overnight and it says HRV is 52/yellow. Sleep was okay but not great. HRV Elite app says HR went as low as 44.4 & with exactly the same HRV as Whoop, it gave me 8/green so go figure!
Treamill due to the heat-max HR was at the end according to Whoop and it was getting really hard.
