2mi WU, 2x2min hard on 2min easy, 2x1min hard on 1min easy, 2x30sec hard on 1min easy, 2mi CD I put 9 for effort because the last 2 bursts of 30 sec were at that level (5-6 min. pace on the graph). According to Whoop, my recovery is excellent with HRV up to 96 & RHR down to 49! It gave this run a 14.1 Strain Score.
