Very humid! Randy & I decided to just do the loop instead of adding on to make 4. He liked my plan of taking a tennis ball to the office and working on the hamstring while I'm at my desk. Doing it now.
Although I missed the Super 7 workout yesterday, I plan on going to a yoga class this afternoon here on campus. It's free so I might as well! I keep telling myself I'm going to get back into it because I use to practice yoga regularly but like anything, it's hard to get a routine going, and then it's not too hard to maintain. I need the dynamic stretching and strength yoga provides.
