Waking: HRV 61 with meter perfect 10! That rest day with massage paid off yesterday. Weight before run 154, after 150.4. Body fat 16%.
Went off into the desert in the first half and that was fun! Slowed down when the effort felt too hard & checked the HR on my watch for some info a few times, which backed up my observations. Speaking of observations, I noticed things like the largest yucca I remember seeing!
Most of the run was in HR & Pace Zones 1 & 2, so I achieved the purpose of the run.
