This temporary election job has made me sluggish. Didn't feel like a runner for most of this! A few ladder intervals. Wasn't sure what I wanted to do when I got out there but after a 31 min WU, decided to do 1 min hard, 1 min easy, 90 sec hard, 90 sec. easy, then a final 2 min hard. According to Whoop, recovery is normal. It gave this a 14.1 Strain Score and said I was building aerobic capacity, "You spent 36 minutes at 80-90% of your max HR."
