Plan: 2mi WU, 4mi uptempo, 2mi CD, run on HR! My observations: Definitely grateful to be going off HR. This is a hilly route so a fast pace in the middle wasn't possible at times. Would have been stressed if missing a pace goal (for no reason!) so I was fine with keeping HR in the 150's during those middle miles.
