5 x 2 min strong in the middle with 2 min recoveries. Really enjoyed the variety today of duathlon training! This ride went well with easy aerobic speed about 10 mph, Interval #1 13.4 mph, #2 15.2 mph, #3 13.8 mph (highest power est. at 109W), #4 17.6 mph (some downhill) & #5 13.0 mph. According to Whoop, recovery is normal. It only gave this a 7.1 Strain Score, which surprised me a little because of the effort on the strong parts, but then again, most of it was easy aerobic.
