Waking: Elite HRV app says 66 with meter green/7. HR went as low as 34.3. Weekly CV is 5.6% showing very consistent training & recovery. Whoop has HRV at 54 but in spite of that being lower, says I have normal recovery because my sleep contributed to good recovery. 98% of sleep needed!
Based on my HR, Whoop gave this an 8.7 strain score for me on a scale of 1-21 and says I spent less time in my highest HR zone than I usually do running.
