Great run except when some pendejo didn't want to let me cross Sonoma Ranch when I had the right of way! 2mi WU, alternating 800 hard 800 easy for 4mi miles, 1mi CD. According to Whoop, recovery is normal with HRV at 48 & RHR at 51. Each half mile push my HR went higher & I always love that! Whoop gave it a 14.9 Strain Score. Will let Coach know when there's a change in the knee either way. I'm staying positive and not concerned!
