Note to Coach: Ran a little over 6 with Beth for her birthday and then on my own. Notice I was able to pick up the pace around mile 8 for a little while. Very pleased with this run! According to Whoop, my body was primed to perform with HRV at 79 & RHR at 51. It gave this run a 19.2 Strain Score and said today was maximum effort.
