Plan: Lactate Threshold. 2mi WU, 4x1mi at HM effort on 400 jog, 2mi CD. Busted workout. Very windy so I'm sure it had something to do with it: halfway through interval #3, my body just slowed down all of a sudden. Whoop gave this a 17.2 Strain Score.
