Didn't think my HR could go that high! Whoop gave this a 16.7 Strain Score and said today was maximal strain, 20.1. Two mi WU. Mile 3 was 9:11 pace avg (a little too fast in the beginning), mile 4 @9:18, mile 5 the wheels fell off & I slowed way down then. Breathing out of control but happy to push myself.
