8x30sec hill sprints on easy jog down recovery in the middle of the run. Enjoying pumping my arms in these workouts! The hill looks on Strava to be 7-8% grade. I know on my bike it feels really steep & I go to low gears! According to Whoop, my recovery is excellent with HRV way up to 75. It gave this run a 13.4 Strain Score.
