Waking: HRV 65 with meter 4/yellow on the parasympathetic side-actively recovering or possible beginning to overreach. HR went as low as 34.5.
At the campus outdoor pool-last time for this as my AggieFit membership expires tomorrow. They sent a notice a little while back that we could only cancel during this time of year. Otherwise, the payroll deduction ($10/month) would continue for another year. Sounds like a sleazy private gym membership contract, so I cancelled.
