This was a challenging but fun combo workout (2mi WU, 2mi at 9:20/mi, 3min jog to hill, 4x30sec hill sprint on 90sec easy, 3min jog, 2mi at 9:20/mi, 3min jog, 4x30sec hill on 90sec jog down, 1mi CD). The gusty wind made it even more challenging.
