Run/Walk in the desert-Took 1 min walk breaks when I felt discomfort in the hip muscles. Whoop: HRV normal today at 48, "ready to take on strain." It gave this run/walk a 10.2 Strain Score and shows my HR really elevated in the beginning, so I guess running again was a bit of a shock to the cardio system! It makes sense now why I was able to do the trail half & training leading up to it before I got back on board with Coach. I was doing a run/walk out there.
