2mi WU, 4x2min hard on 2min easy, 4x1min hard on 2min easy, 4x30sec hard on 90sec easy, 2mi CD. Had to stop during a faster bit to stretch my right glutes or piriformis because a cramp was coming on. Stopped again before CD to stretch it again. During the CD, saw a shooting star really close! That was as cool as the eclipse.
Paces-2 min: 8:28, 8:31, 8:33, 8:21, 1 min: 8:09, 7:28, 7:40, 7:41, 30 sec: 8:05 (think I stretched then), 7:05, 6:48 (must have forgot to push the lap button because I'm missing one)
