Waking: Elite HRV says 52 with meter yellow/6 on the sympathetic side. Weekly CV is still good at 10.1%. I suspect HRV is down because of the work stress.
Met up with a couple of runners but I was the only one doing speedwork. Very windy so it forced me to focus on effort and just showing up required a "no excuses" attitude. One of the runners had thought about cancelling but I said, "We train in bad weather because sometimes we get it on race day!" Now that I see the pace graph, I'm pretty amazed that I got that kind of turnover especially into the wind.
