Very pleased with the effort, although had to adjust the paces down a little from Coach's plan on the 1-mile & 800 due to heat. Plan was 2mi WU, 2mi at 8:20-8:30/mi, 3min jog, 1mi at 8:10-8:15, 3min jog, 800 at 4:00, 2mi CD. I got 2mi WU, 2mi at 8:25 pace, recov, 1mi at 8:26, recov, 800 at 4:06. Now I think I might have my max HR.
