Sisbarro Park on campus. 2mi WU, 5mi alternating between comfortably hard and hard every 1mi (starting with hard), 1mi CD. This was awesome! Except when I felt flat in mile 6 & the pace shows it. Whoop says "you spent 59 minutes at 80-90% of your max HR." It gave the run a 17.5 Strain Score. The wind was brutal so I'm sure that factored in!
