Slept in, which made this very challenging! In theory, could have finished the 8 as planned but it was getting really warm and the effort level was getting really high when I stopped, reset my watch & slowed way down. Now I see on Whoop that I hit HR 169 so I think it was the right call. It says my recovery is down a little today with HRV at 25. It gave this run a 14.3 Strain Score.
