According to Whoop, my recovery is okay today with HRV at 77 and RHR at 52. HR peaked as you would expect during the last lap on the track. Whoop gave this a 14.5 Strain Score. Had a hard time finding the right effort during mile 3, overshot it and then paid for it in mile 4 with pace down to 10:12. Average of those 2 miles was the right pace and was grateful for the adjustment since I've been struggling so much with holding a 9:20 pace for any length of time. The road back to racing is slow but fortunately, I'm patient!
