Like life, a mixed bag. Notes to Coach Katie: Well, obviously the first 3 mi faster segment went well! Temps were in the 60's but with the humidity of 72%, it felt a lot warmer as the run progressed. Even though I did my hydration & gel routine, I felt dizzy a few times as the run got longer. Also once or twice my knee felt wonky. I did have fun, in spite of it all!
