Not exactly progress. Had a weird sensation in my knee yesterday like trouble might come back, so I was glad it was a non-running day. Today was rough for a couple of reasons-first, I had diarrhea in the first 6 minutes, so I took some medicine and waited until it took effect. Then, running, the knee felt fine until 44 minutes, when it started hurting, so I walked the last minute. The dog-leash stretch helped some. Frustrating! I have the follow-up PT appt. Thursday.
