15 min strong in the middle, 1st workout under my new coaches. 15 min WU came to 1.16 mi., then 1.63 & 1.26. So that's a 9:08 pace for the strong portion. Rated this as a 7 because of the heat, otherwise would be a 6. Didn't have time to run before my search & rescue training this morning. According to Whoop, I spent 26 minutes at 70-80% of my max HR. It gave this a 11.7 Strain Score.
