At the gym with Sharon...15min easy, 5x2min hard on 2min easy, 5x1min hard on 1min easy, 5x30sec hard on 30sec easy, 15min easy. According to Whoop, recovery is still excellent with HRV at 95! It only gave this workout a 4.4 Strain Score. Outside in the blistering heat would have been much higher.
