10k but of course trail runs aren't too precise on distances. A pain in the ass and fun at the same time! 5 min./1 min. run/walk worked well and then I just ran at the end. No AG awards but I would have won my AG! Enjoyed a couple of beers with Randy afterwards and walking with Traci quite a bit and we saw Pete coming in for the 50k. Cool to see him again after our run in Seattle. He used to be the co-director of this run and now he can just come back and run it without all that responsibility, so I'm happy for him. Glad to have an appt. with the orthopedic doc. Will hopefully get a cortisone shot for the piriformis and/or referral to PT for dry needling.
