Felt fine during the w/u but then fell apart. Had to take a potty break in the worst possible way and had to stop a couple of times and regroup. I know the planned pace of 9:20 for miles 3-8 is not a hard pace so something was off (not just my Garmin which says I was a little faster). Put my finger on my neck to check my pulse and it was racing. After a couple of these attempts, at about 5.5 miles just stopped. Waited for my HR to recover and then decided to finish the run easy because if I kept pushing, might not get the distance.
