Got a PB after 4.5 years since Run for Reach, but a few seconds/km margin too. Started out running with the 45 bunny but after 2 km pulled ahead and by the time we got to the turnaround he was pretty far behind. Ran by feel trying not to look at the watch except at km markers so had some nice quick ones in there. Almost 2 min faster than 4 weeks ago's Army Run, so this workout schedule has been golden! Around 4 km I thought I was going a tad too hard so I eased off but was soon recovered and hitting even quicker paces. Went through the 5km mark in 22:16 so this was a good negative split.
