7x60 sec R @ 9K/h - 60 sec W

4x90 sec R@ 9K/h - 60 sec W

My groin strain or adductor pull or whatever you want to call it on both legs is improving somewhat. But I'm still in the TM to better control my running. Since the injury improved I decided to try 60 sec runs @ 9K/h with 60 sec walkbreaks. That went pretty well, actually. After 14 min, I took it up to 90 sec runs.

Main goal for me now is to just get on that TM and get my run in as scheduled, however slow I am. Even if I have to walk it!

Today I wanted to equal Tuesday's mileage of 2.56 kilometers, but since both my adductors were less painful I upped the mileage to a solid 3 kilometers. Yeah for me. I very VERY carefully stretched straight after my run.
