ASICS GT-2150 (Wh/Bl Treadmill)
iTread 1/60 minutes: only did phase 1 and 2. Modified the incremental pace increases to accomodate my TM.
Felt easier than Monday, though I did run up the hills. Next goal, run the 5 in sub 33min. Should be doable by next week.
