Good run today. Hot,but good. The stoplight at Barrington at the half mile mark today was longer than usual. Almost a minute and a half wait. It was hot today - had to take several walk breaks on the way back.
Saw a STUPID woman on the way back trying to ride her bicycle with her dog on an unlocked retractable leash dog was a Sheltie or Australian Shephard and was clearly NOT trained for that activity! Running back and forth across the path and the woman was jerking and yanking the leash. as I went past her, I said "that looks like a recipe for disaster"
she replied 'she's usually better, she's just having a day' I thought - somehow I doubt that is true
