felt pretty disappointed with my run performance during the run, but after I look back at the whole brick, I have to say I'm pleased overall. I was expecting my run performance to be much better. No clue why my first mile was so fast right off the bike. Weird. I think I can say I feel I will complete my triathlon at this point. Nervous about getting in before the course limit, but I'll do my best and forget the rest!
